The hotel is now completely booked out, we have no rooms of any type
left.
If anyone has local knowledge of alternative accommodation could they
please send it to info [at] dwcon.org so that we can add it to the website
and our lists - currently we have limited information but would be happy
to add new options.
Anyone with a room booking which they will be unable to utilise in
August, for whatever reason, is urged to let us know as soon as possible
as we already have requests for rooms which we cannot fulfil.
Anyone who is looking for sharers at this stage having booked a
single/double might want to notify info [at] dwcon.org (which will also reach
hotel [at] dwcon.org) to check if the hotel will allow modified bookings.
